Lance Reed

Lance has been working in the wine industry for over 30 years. He joined the sommelier program at one of the restaurants he was working with in the 90’s, then became a general manager, and later began working for Innovative Dinning Group. He took over the wine program at BOA West Hollywood in 2010 at their large location on Sunset Boulevard. His wine program there went on to receive Wine Spectator’s “Award of Excellence” five times and it’s “Best of Award of Excellence” six times. Along with his Wine expertise, He has an extensive knowledge of food and service. He has worked with and been chef at private dinners, catered events, helped with restaurant menu planning and staff hospitality training at all levels. Excellence is his standard. Shannon brings lightness and fun to the complexities of wine and service. She loves food and beverage, and is always eager share her expertise and eye for detail. Her esteemed background of over 25 years in the hospitality industry spans several states and several food & beverage programs, including many Ritz-Carlton’s, The Grill on the Alley in Beverly Hills, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener, Cecconi’s West Hollywood and Wolfgang Puck Catering Los Angeles. She currently provides high profile private clients in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and Hollywood the upmost care in all details of life and private events. Her work and personal philosophy is that with family, food, wine, and celebration, the fine points always matter.
